Most account problems with the Teen Patti Master app come from two things: guest accounts that were never linked, and scammers pretending to be support. Both are easy to avoid once you know how the account system works.
Guest account vs phone number account
When you open the app for the first time, you can usually start playing straight away as a guest. That is convenient, but it has a catch.
| Guest account | Phone number account | |
|---|---|---|
| How it is created | Automatically, on first launch | By entering your mobile number and an OTP |
| Where it is tied | This phone and this install | Your phone number |
| Survives uninstall | Usually not | Yes |
| Moves to a new phone | Usually not | Yes, sign in with the same number |
| Recovery if something goes wrong | Very hard | Possible through in-app support |
If you plan to keep playing, link a phone number early.
How to register with your phone number
- Open the app and go to your profile or settings.
- Choose the option to bind, link or log in with your phone number.
- Enter your 10-digit mobile number. Check it carefully.
- Wait for the OTP by SMS. Enter it in the app.
- Set a display name and, if asked, a password.
Enter the OTP only inside the app. Nobody from the app will ever ask you to read it out over a call or send it on WhatsApp.
Logging in on a new phone
- Install the app from the official download link on the new phone. Our guide to updating the APK safely shows how to tell the real file from a fake.
- Open it and choose to log in with your phone number (not as a guest).
- Enter the OTP. Your account, chips and progress load from the server.
- On the old phone, log out and uninstall.
If you accidentally start as a guest on the new phone, log out of the guest account first, then log in with your number.
OTP problems
- OTP not arriving: wait two full minutes before tapping resend. Repeated requests can trigger a temporary block.
- Check the basics: SIM signal, airplane mode off, Do Not Disturb off, SMS app not filtering promotional messages.
- Dual SIM phones: make sure the number you entered is on a SIM that is active and receiving SMS.
- Still nothing after 30 minutes: try again later. Carriers sometimes delay messages at busy times.
Keeping your account secure
- Keep your player ID (from the profile screen) somewhere safe. Support will ask for it.
- Do not share your account. Shared accounts are the most common cause of disputes and bans.
- Use a screen lock on your phone. Anyone who picks up an unlocked phone can open the app.
- Do not install "helper" apps, auto-clickers or modified versions of the game. They are the main way accounts are stolen, and they can get your account banned.
- Update the app through its own prompt so you get security fixes.
Teen Patti Master customer care: how to reach real support
The only safe route to support is the help or customer service section inside the app. Have your player ID ready and describe the problem in one message with screenshots.
- Numbers and WhatsApp contacts found on Google, YouTube comments or social media are very often run by scammers.
- Real support never asks for your OTP, UPI PIN, card details, a "verification" payment or screen sharing.
- For a withdrawal that has not arrived, see our Teen Patti Master withdrawal problem guide before you contact anyone.
Scams that target Teen Patti players
Fake customer care
You search "Teen Patti Master customer care number" and call the first number you find. A friendly person promises to fix your problem, then asks for your OTP, your UPI PIN, a "verification" payment or for you to install a screen-sharing app such as AnyDesk. It is a scam every time. Real support works through the help section inside the app.
UPI collect requests
Someone sends a UPI request labelled "refund" or "bonus". Approving it with your PIN sends money out of your account. You never need to enter a PIN to receive money.
Fake bonus and login pages
Links in SMS, WhatsApp or YouTube comments promise a big bonus if you "log in here". The page copies the app's look and captures your number and OTP. Only log in inside the app itself.
Telegram "VIP" and prediction groups
These groups sell "hacked tables", "card reading" or "sure-win tips". Cards are dealt on the game server and cannot be predicted. Some groups also ask you to install a modified APK, which steals your account.
What to do if you have been scammed
- Call the national cyber crime helpline 1930 immediately. The faster you report, the better the chance your bank can freeze the money.
- File a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in with screenshots, numbers and transaction IDs.
- Call your bank and block the affected cards or UPI.
- Change your UPI PIN and passwords from a clean device.
- If you installed anything the scammer asked for, uninstall it and run a Play Protect scan.
Deleting your account
If you want to stop playing permanently, look for an account deletion option in the app's settings or ask in-app support to delete your account. Then uninstall the app and delete any APK files from your Downloads folder. Our responsible gaming page has more on blocking gaming apps and payments.
Frequently asked questions
How do I log in to the Teen Patti Master app?
Open the app and choose to log in with your phone number. Enter the OTP you receive by SMS inside the app. You can also start as a guest, but link your number soon so you do not lose your account.
I lost my guest account after reinstalling. Can I get it back?
Usually not, because guest accounts are tied to the original install. Contact in-app support with your player ID if you have it. To avoid this, always link a phone number.
Can I change the phone number on my account?
Some builds let you change it from settings, and others need in-app support. Have your player ID ready and expect to verify both numbers.
What is the Teen Patti Master customer care number?
Use the help or customer service section inside the app. Numbers found on Google, YouTube or social media are often run by scammers. Real support never asks for your OTP, UPI PIN or screen sharing.
Why is my account blocked?
Accounts are commonly blocked for using modified apps or auto-clickers, sharing accounts, or suspected fraud. Contact in-app support with your player ID to ask why.
Is it safe to give my phone number to the app?
Giving your number to log in is normal. Never share the OTP with anyone else, and never give the app or anyone claiming to represent it your UPI PIN or card details.
